For these terms, “LiliOtter,” “we,” and “us” mean Manish, operating as LiliOtter, based in Delhi, India. LiliOtter is not currently an incorporated company.
1. The service
LiliOtter provides managed automation and AI-assisted lead-response tools, including Dolittle. Features depend on the selected plan, configuration, country, carriers, third-party approvals, and written service order.
2. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate setup information, protect credentials, maintain authority to use connected phone numbers and accounts, and obtain all consents required for calls, messages, recordings, and customer-data processing. You are responsible for the business statements, prices, service areas, schedules, and instructions supplied to the agent.
3. Messaging and acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unsolicited communications. You must honor STOP and other opt-out requests and comply with carrier, platform, and local messaging rules. We may suspend traffic that creates safety, compliance, deliverability, or cost risk.
4. AI limitations and human oversight
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. The service must not be used as a substitute for professional inspection, emergency response, or medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. You remain responsible for reviewing workflows, handling escalations, and confirming commitments made to customers.
5. Pilots, fees, and third parties
Pilot scope, paid fees, included usage, overages, and cancellation terms are stated in the applicable offer or service order. Third-party services such as carriers, communications platforms, calendars, hosting, databases, and AI providers have their own fees, availability, and terms. Unless expressly included, those costs are your responsibility.
6. Data, confidentiality, and intellectual property
You retain rights to your business data. You grant LiliOtter the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information. LiliOtter retains rights to its software, workflows, designs, documentation, and improvements; customer-specific ownership terms may be set in a written agreement.
7. Availability and changes
We work to provide a dependable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, carriers, internet services, regulatory approvals, or third parties may delay or interrupt features. We may update the service and these terms, with notice when a material change affects an active customer.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. LiliOtter is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, lost profits, or missed opportunities. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Suspension, termination, and disputes
Either party may end a month-to-month service as stated in the service order. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, unlawful use, security risk, or harm to networks or users. Governing law and dispute terms will be stated in the applicable service order; mandatory local consumer rights are not excluded.
